Effective date: October 21, 2026. Last updated: October 21, 2026.

We collect as little information as we can. We use your email address only to send the free samples and updates you ask for. We never sell your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Kelly Crown, an author who publishes under the name Life Lift Media ("Life Lift Media", "we", "us"). Life Lift Media is a publishing name, not a separate company. Kelly is based in Greece, in the European Union, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to everything described here, wherever you live.

We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy (in EU and UK terms, we are the "controller"). For any privacy question or request, email kelly@lifeliftmedia.com.

Sign-ups for our free resources happen on landing pages hosted by MailerLite (addresses ending in subscribepage.io), including the pages opened by the QR codes in our books. This policy covers the information collected there.

We do not collect payment details. Books are bought on Amazon or Audible, which have their own privacy policies. When you follow a link to those sites, you leave our website.

We do not collect sensitive information such as health data, and we ask you not to send it to us.

3. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics that follow you across websites.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks. The sign-up pages, hosted by MailerLite, may use strictly necessary cookies to work. These cookies are needed for the site to function, so they do not require consent.

To understand how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not build a profile of you. It counts page views and records general information such as the country, browser and the page that referred you.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and mailing list. They may use it only to provide their service to us:

  • MailerLite (email service). Stores sign-up details and sends our emails. MailerLite states that its data is stored in the European Union.
  • Cloudflare (website hosting, security and cookie-free visit statistics). Delivers the website and protects it from attacks.
  • Cloudflare Email Routing (email forwarding). Forwards messages sent to kelly@lifeliftmedia.com to our inbox.
  • Google Gmail (email inbox). Where we read and answer the messages you send us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If the business is ever sold or transferred, the mailing list would move to the new owner under this same policy.

We do not sell personal information and do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California and other U.S. state laws. We have not done so in the past 12 months.

5. Children and teens

Our books are written for teens and young adults, but this website is intended for parents and adult readers. It is not directed to children under 13.

  • Under 13: we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, email us and we will delete it promptly.
  • Under 15 or 16 in the EEA and UK: the age at which you can consent on your own depends on your country (13 to 16; 15 in Greece). If you are younger than that age, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up for you.
  • Under 18: we never sell minors' personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can:

  • Unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email
  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing

To make a request, email kelly@lifeliftmedia.com. We may need to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address you signed up with. You can also ask someone to make a request on your behalf if you give them written permission. We will reply within the time the law allows, usually within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

7. United States residents

Several U.S. states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and others, give residents specific privacy rights. Depending on where you live, these include the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
  • Access, correct and delete your personal information
  • Get a portable copy of your information
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising and profiling. We do none of these.
  • Appeal if we decline your request, by replying to our decision. If we deny your appeal, you may contact your state Attorney General.

California: in the past 12 months we collected identifiers (email address, first name, IP address) and internet activity (email engagement, cookie-free visit statistics and website security logs), from you directly and from your device, for the purposes in section 2. We disclosed them only to the service providers in section 4. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. California's "Shine the Light" law allows you to ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not.

Global Privacy Control: we treat a browser's Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale and sharing. Because we do neither, no further action is needed.

8. EEA, UK and Switzerland residents

Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and Swiss law, you also have the right to restrict or object to our processing, and to data portability. You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live or work. Because we are based in Greece, our lead authority is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

9. Other countries

Residents of Canada, Australia, Brazil and other countries with privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct and delete their personal information, and to complain to their national privacy regulator. Contact us using the details below and we will help.

10. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union. When information from the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an equivalent level of protection, our providers rely on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Security and retention

The website runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the mailing list is limited to the people who run Life Lift Media, protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We keep personal information only as long as described in section 2, then delete it.

12. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell subscribers by email before it takes effect.
